Affiliate Disclosure

We believe in being straightforward about how EmailSignatureHelp is funded and how that does — and doesn't — affect what you read here.

Last updated: July 2026
In plain English

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for or buy a product, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the site running. It does not change our reviews, our ratings, or which tools we recommend — those are based on merit, and a vendor can never pay for a better placement.

1.What this disclosure covers

This page explains the affiliate relationships that may exist between EmailSignatureHelp ("we", "us", "the Site") and the software vendors and services we write about. It applies to all content on the Site, including reviews, comparisons, roundups, guides, and any links within them.

We publish this disclosure in the interest of transparency and to comply with the guidance issued by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and similar consumer-protection standards, which ask publishers to clearly disclose material connections with the products they promote.

2.What affiliate links are

An affiliate link is a special tracking link. When you click it and then take an action — such as starting a trial, creating an account, or making a purchase — the vendor can see that the referral came from our Site, and may pay us a commission for it.

The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go to the vendor directly. Affiliate commissions are paid by the vendor out of their own margin, not added on top of your cost.

3.How we earn from the site

EmailSignatureHelp may participate in the affiliate or referral programs of some of the email signature software providers and related services we review. When we earn a commission, it comes from one of the following:

  • A one-time referral fee when a reader signs up through our link
  • A recurring commission for the duration of a subscription
  • A fixed bounty for a qualifying trial or account creation

These commissions help cover the cost of research, testing, hosting, and producing the guides — which is what allows us to keep our content free to read.

4.Our independence promise

Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial judgement. A vendor cannot buy a listing, a higher rating, a ranking, or a "top pick" badge on this Site. Money does not change where a product places or what we say about it.

Our reviews and recommendations are based on features, deployment options, pricing transparency, compliance, usability, support, and genuine user feedback — assessed against the same criteria for every tool. If the best product for a given scenario has no affiliate program at all, it still gets the recommendation.

5.What we promote

We only feature and link to products that are relevant to our readers — primarily centralised email signature management tools for Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Google Workspace, along with closely related software. We do not accept links or placements for products we haven't reviewed or wouldn't be comfortable putting in front of our audience.

6.How we decide what to recommend

Recommendations are earned, not bought. Every tool we cover is assessed on merit and on how well it fits a particular type of buyer or scenario. You can read more about our review process and the principles we hold ourselves to on our About Us page.

7.Your choice

You are never under any obligation to use our links or to purchase anything. If you would prefer not to use an affiliate link, you are completely free to navigate to any vendor's website directly. Using our links is simply a no-cost way to support the Site if you find our content helpful.

8.Honest, good-faith opinions

All views, reviews, and comparisons on this Site are our own honest opinions, formed in good faith on the basis of testing, published information, and user feedback available at the time of writing. Products change, and your own experience may differ, so we always encourage you to verify current details with the vendor before making a decision.

9.Changes to this disclosure

We may update this affiliate disclosure from time to time as our partnerships or practices change. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. We encourage you to check back if you'd like to stay informed about how the Site is funded.
